Quick Website Builder is a trading name of Zeezy Ltd. These terms set out how our services work — what we build, what it costs, what we need from you, and how you can leave. Please read them before you start a build.

Quick Website Builder is a trading name of Zeezy Ltd. We are a website design business based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, and we work remotely with customers across the UK.
These terms apply to every enquiry, website build and support subscription you take out with us.
Every Quick Website Builder site is a bespoke 3-page website (Home, Services and Contact Us), built to match your brand, with secure hosting and SSL, a .co.uk domain, a business email address set up, and full Google indexing.
Extra pages can be added at a one-off £39 fee per page.
Tier 1 — £0 upfront, then £29.99 a month for year 1 and £14.99 from year 2.
Tier 2 — £149 upfront, then £14.99 a month from day one.
Tier 3 — bespoke work, priced to suit your project. Ask us for a quote.
Prices shown on our pricing page are the prices we charge. We will confirm the price of your build in writing before we start.
Both fixed plans are rolling monthly with no contract term — you can cancel at any time.
If you take your domain and site with you, the one-off transfer fee is £149 in the first 12 months, £99 in year 2 and £49 in year 3 or anytime after.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. If a payment fails we will contact you, and if it remains unpaid we may suspend the site until it is settled.
You will need to give us your content, logo and any brand assets, and let us know promptly if anything changes. Waiting on content delays the build.
You confirm that the material you give us is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We aim to build within 7 days of receiving your content. We may need to adjust a design where something you have asked for is not technically or legally possible.
You own your business name, content, logo and domain. We licence the finished website design to you for as long as your plan is active, and we keep ownership of our own tools, code and know-how.
Your site must not be used for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, and must not host material that is defamatory, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.
We may pause a site that puts us, our customers or our hosting provider at risk, and we will tell you first wherever we can.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for matters outside our control such as third-party hosting or registrar outages.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
