Privacy Policy
Quick Website Builder is a trading name of Zeezy Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or enquire about a build, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Quick Website Builder is a trading name of Zeezy Ltd. We are a website design business based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, and we work remotely with customers across the UK.
We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Questions, requests and complaints about your information should be sent to hello@quickwebsitebuilder.co.uk.
When you use our contact form or enquire about a build, you give us your name, phone number, email address, business name, business post code, how you would like us to contact you, and which package you are interested in.
When you visit our site we also record basic technical information, such as browser type and which pages you view, so we can understand how the site is used.
To reply to your enquiry, answer your questions, and send you a quote or a preview of what your website could look like.
To build, launch and maintain your website — including registering your .co.uk domain, setting up your email address and keeping the site running.
To bill you for your plan and to send service or support notices about your website.
To improve our own website and services.
We use your information because it is necessary to carry out our contract with you (building and supporting your website), for our legitimate business interests in running and improving our services, and where you have told us how you would like to be contacted.
We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not use your information for advertising.
Enquiry information is kept for as long as it takes to decide whether we should work together, and for a short time afterwards in case you come back to us.
Customer information is kept for as long as your plan is running, and afterwards for any period UK accounting and tax rules require.
Only with the suppliers we need to deliver your website — for example our hosting provider, domain registrar and email provider — and with professional advisers where we are legally required to.
We never sell your personal information and we never share it with advertisers.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to processing that relies on our legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@quickwebsitebuilder.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Our site uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to make it work and to remember simple preferences. You can block them in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as expected.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) hosting and access limited to the people who need it to do their work.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
